When you buy from us, we want you to love what you get. If something is not right, here’s what you need to know:
Please note only Gear, Apparel and Stickers are eligible for return. Park Passes cannot be returned.
You may return or exchange your item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase for a refund or replacement. Please note that we can’t guarantee that all items will be available all the time. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price. Unless the return is necessary due to a defective item or is our error, we do not refund original shipping costs.
In all cases, items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, we consider its return to be in “unused” condition.
